something as simple as seeing a name, in this case 'Irigaray,' makes me pause, stare out the window at the two women across the street who are perpetually smoking, and start googling (postgraduate study abroad). but then really, is it worth $xx,xxx of debt to have a year or two to read and write about what you used to like? gradschool seems like an expensive escape that only delays the inevitable grind, but god, at least i'd be interested.

my new life goal is not to make money doing something i love, or to get by doing something tolerable, but to avoid anything that requires even minimal amounts of organization. i suck at it. i want to turn email off.
